Well I guess that idea us out the window then.

I will have to hope my CMS server can stay low then or my site goes
black for a day. Like I said before I have no issue paying but when
28days out of 31 it is in the free zone it is difficult to swallow the
$9 per month cost, for $2-10 billable. Charging for the ability to be
charged is backwards to me.

I am making money from the site so I will pay to for it but it is a
very small company and that should be kept in line.

My site is inactive much of the day but then has 18-20 hours of
frontend instance hours because you spawn 2 instances most starts up
when 1 would be just fine because there is only one user but the cms
initialization is costly.
