The time is approaching when we need to configure our discounted instance-hours.
Does the discount apply before or after the daily free quota is considered? By example: Imagine that my app uses 50 instance-hours per day, 28 of which are free. Weekly, I would use 350 instance-hours, though 196 of them are free. If I wanted to commit to the exact amount (to keep this example simple), should I commit to: (1) 350 hours per week, or (2) 350 - 196 = 154 hours per week ?
