Jason, You said that you deployed the same code to the HRD instance of your app that was running on the Master/Slave instance. Is there any part of your application that might behave differently in the face of HRD's slightly different read consistency guarantees? Are you ever writing data and then immediately querying for it with a global query under the assumption that you'll see the data you've just written?
