Hello, Our organization has a Google Apps for your Domain account. However, Google App Engine apps are not centrally managed in the Google Apps platform.
We have problems where we cannot identify the billing administrator or owners of our App Engine apps when changes need to be made. Our feature request for Google App Engine Team is to add the ability to add "Default Billing Administrators" and "Default Owners" to all of our AppEngine apps created by members with a appengine.google.com/a/ YOURDOMAIN.com profile. Specifically, we would like members of our IT Department to always be listed as owners on these projects and for them to be able to control this centrally.
