We are having a very serious issue in our company because we use Google App Engine for our Android users to synchronize data against a MS app.
We started a migration process with our test environment. Due to logistic problems, it is very difficult to update our android users so we needed an automatic redirection from the old MS to the new HR one. So we decided to start the same process with our production environment, we migrated our app and repeated the request but it's more than 10 days from that and we don't have any solution yet so our users cannot synchronize their data. WE NEED URGENT HELP. Is there anybody who resolved the dame issue? Does anybody know how to process? We have an opened ticket but nobody is helping us.
