Hi Jeff, Unfortunately I can't guarantee it. I can say that there is a 90 day change window to our terms of service OR if you sign up for a Premier account with an offline contract the Acceptable Use Policy is valid for the term of your contract (which is typically 12 months).
I wish I could promise better than that but unfortunately all I can commit to is what we are contractually obligated to do for the reason you noted.
