two feature requests, easy one first: - console dashboard Charts options aren't bookmarkable, which makes it hard to share among admins. - add "new instances created" to the GAE console graphs-- I've noticed that instance creation and warmup calls can be an important indicator of trouble and/or billing cost, for example when frontends consume too much memory and are killed.
