I just went into an application I'm working on and deleted a couple of Entity groups (tables?) using the Datastore Admin
Interestingly my Datastore Write Operations immediately maxed out from this operation. I can kind of understand having one Write Operation charged for deleting one Entity Item, but using the Datastore Admin to bulk delete an entity group should not be nearly so costly. Since the new billing I feel like I'm dancing in a minefield of random things that will take me over quota by surprise - this little problem means that I can't work on this project until the next quota reset.
