I'm trying to migrate my data to the high replication datastore, but
I'm not given any options in the Datastore admin.

In App1, I've got this in the app.yaml

builtins:
- appstats: on
- remote_api: on
- datastore_admin: on
I've also enabled the Datastore Admin in the Application Settings for
App1.

For App2 with HRD, I've added the remote_api builtin and
datastore_admin to the app.yaml. I've also created the
appengine_config.py with the correct inbound app id and enabled the
Datastore admin for App2. Also, both App1 and App2 have billing
enabled.

The problem I have is that when I click the "Datastore Admin" link for
App1 nothing shows up. The left menus are there, but nothing is in the
content of the page. According to the documentation I should be able
to select all the entity kinds and click "Copy to Other App", but I'm
not seeing that anywhere.

I've also followed all of the directions here, but nowhere do I see
content in the Datastore Admin page:
http://neogregious.blogspot.com/2011/04/migrating-app-to-high-replication.html

When I was poking around I found a link in the Application Settings
thats "View Migration Tool", which "You can migrate your application
to the High Replication Datastore". So I gave this a shot.

But after starting the Migration from App1 to App2, its been in the
"Catch up" migration process with a status of "Running..." for the
last 8 hours. My app is pretty small, and there isn't much data that
is substantial size or millions of rows so I'm confused what's taking
so long.

What I'm I doing wrong? Why can't I see anything in the Datastore
Admin, and why is the HRD Migration tool just stuck in the Catch up
process?
