Also, if you are down unexpectedly the last thing you want to do is deploy a
new version.  When the service is down don't change things because if you
are changing things when Google is changing things you may be really broken
after.

our app 'vodio-app' is down on production it gives a 500 error, and I ca'nt
see any new log entries.

we cant upload any new version, and we can restart backends
