Hi there, our application is unfortunately unusable during maintenance mode, so we add large banners informing our clients about upcoming maintenance, a few days ahead. We don't have the capacity to upgrade to HRD at the moment (it still seems somewhat risky), but that's okay.
It's not so great though that maintenance gets cancelled one hour ahead of time, and then rescheduled to next week, meaning we now have to add these banners again and look like we don't really know what we're doing. Maybe you could inform us a bit earlier than 1 hour ahead next time? Totally understood that this *can* happen, and I don't want to sound too negative either, just saying it's not ideal for us, and possibly to others too who rely on the datastore for most operations in the application.
