I suspect there is no "Pre-sales support" You either need them for $500 a
month. Or you don't.   

 

I also suspect that being an Email, they get lots of people sending Support
questions there from people thinking they will get free support.

 

I'm not google, but likely you will do better asking questions here than
sending them to the premiere alias.

 

Also Just as a general rule.  With Most Support Contracts, And that is what
you are buying, buying the support contract doesn't add new features to the
TV, nor does it guarantee that the TV won't exploded, It only guarantees
that you won't be with out TV when bad things happen for very long.
