Anyone from Google can explain if my assumption is right? Are other components (apart from MS) from System Status<http://code.google.com/status/appengine> not covered in the SLA <http://code.google.com/appengine/sla.html>, or at least without an associated error rate<http://code.google.com/appengine/sla_error_rate.html> ?
