The docs say that the "maximum number of tasks that can be added in a
batch" is 100.

What defines a batch? All the tasks added in a single http request?

If so, why does this limit exist? Can we get it removed? It's nice
that I can now execute for 10 mins, but if I have to restart my task
every 99 iterations just to get around this limit, the extra time
doesn't do me much good. I have a few thousand tasks to enqueue, why
can't I do it all at once? "save state and re-queue" is tedious.

Thanks,
Jeff
