Hi Carsten, If you used the HRD migration tool to migration your application, the final step is an 'alias' operation that route all traffic coming to the M/S appid to the new HRD appid.
Thus it should be safe to delete your old application in that case, and it won't affect traffic going to your HRD application. Hope that helps.
