First. My sympathies that your condition limits your life expectancy to 20 years... At least that is a lot of heads up an you can prepare.
Second. If you want something to run for 20 years I wouldn't bet on the internet. Python is only just barely 20 years old. (1989) Java is barely 15 (1996) If you want to run something for 20 years you should likely Own the hardware so that you can maintain it, because 10 years from now we may not be on HTML. Certainly we will be on IPv6 or later.
