I changed the size of my instances on an app from F1 to F2, two hours ago, but instances shows that the same instance has been alive for 8 hours. Does this mean that the instance resized? If this is the case why do we spin up more instances rather than resizing my instances? I'd rather have 1 instance that has twice the memory, rather than have 2 with half.
