Thanks for replying. I don't have an answer for this, and it really sucks to get flagged as a false positive if you aren't sending spam. My suggestion is to try some other addresses, given that the email went through via the @appspotmail address, it was likely not the content that got it flagged as spam. Sometimes, if the pattern of the email address looks like something a spammer will use, it may trigger Gmail's (quite excellent) spam protection.
