You will not get a useful response from Google here; their lawyers do not
read this list.  It's a community support forum where a number of Google
techies happen to hang out.  Not lawyers.

If you believe that someone is hosting a TOS violation on appengine (see
http://code.google.com/appengine/terms.html), then you should report it per
these instructions:

However, you will have to be a lot more clear about what exactly the problem
is than you have described here.  I really can't figure out what you're
saying.  It sounds like you gave money to some sort of scammer, which is
incredibly stupid.
