Hi, I'm having issues getting the verification code as well. I have filled out the form, and still no response. I tried several times to get it to send the sms code and now it appears my number has been locked out of the system. Is there any way to get manual approval for this, as I am using google app engine for my game jam entry and was hoping to have the game uploaded to the app engine for the submission tomorrow.
