Also even though I know the rules on GAE are different, I'm saying this to everyone. The Derivatives Works Clauses make using Google very difficult. I can't upload content that I licensed for commercial use with no derivatives to any place that has that. And any content that is only licensed to me for online use can't be uploaded because it could end up in other mediums. These clauses were poorly conceived, and as advertising and media companies better understand this, it will be a problem for Google. We talked about how GAE doesn't have the Uploads can be used for derivative works by Google rule, but I can't see anywhere that Apps For Domains Doesn't have that rule.
