  It isn't exactly what you're seeing but similar.  If they logged the
paid quota's that get hit, it would help you out too.

  Have you checked your actual quota page?  If so and whatever you're
hitting isn't logged there, I'd submit a production issue.  That's
what I'd call it if I couldn't figure out what I was hitting.
