Nadia, can you describe the steps you have taken? Have you contacted the
site owner?

Have you called your credit card company to dispute the payment? Have you
spoken to law enforcement (note: I don't know if local law enforcement can
do anything, but they may be able to point you the right direction)? Have
you gone through the Google content removal process?

We have many developers who provide services, and they occasionally have
disputes over money. They wouldn't be able to conduct business if, at the
first sign of a payment dispute, one of their clients was able to contact
us and shut the site down. It'd be analogous to if you bought a television
that turned out to be defective, you wouldn't contact the landowner
demanding that they evict the tenant.

The process exists to protect users and uphold fairness. You can't make
demands out of process and expect results. I understand that due process
can be frustrating at times, but living in a world where due process
doesn't exist is much, much worse.
