Nadia, can you describe the steps you have taken? Have you contacted the site owner?

They wouldn't be able to conduct business if, at the first sign of a payment dispute, one of their clients was able to contact us and shut the site down. It'd be analogous to if you bought a television that turned out to be defective, you wouldn't contact the landowner demanding that they evict the tenant. The process exists to protect users and uphold fairness. You can't make demands out of process and expect results.
