I know a bug was filed for this (http://code.google.com/p/ googleappengine/issues/detail?id=7031) but its making developing locally a bit of a pain right now (slowing things down, too many logs in dev_server output, etc). Has anyone else experienced this and knows where to fix it in the dev_server code? Or at least the log messages about not needing to update the index.yaml?
