Our Python 2.5 app "petaclasses" is still having crazy amount of instances - over 250 at the moment against normal 10-15.
Our average costs to run the app is $25 per day - it's 4 hours till the end of the today and we already spend $154. What the .... ?? Is it policy of Google AppEngine team that we (customers) should pay for mistakes made by GAE? Any chance to get it fixed and get a refund?
