Hello Ikai, We are experiencing similar issue. Our app id is: cmsevobg. Normally our app (java based that is using Guice) is instantiating GuiceServletContextListener in ~10 seconds on GAE. On my mac book air with i5 cpu local app is booting in "INFO: Time:4892 ms". With the same code base on GAE we are getting initialization time in:
Time:30569 ms Time:25105 ms So our app is booting extremely slow now. We updated front-end instance class from F1 to F4 (2 days and more) and it seems that the behavior is same.
