hello, I have non-profit account and my Apps_Enrollment status has been Approved. I have tried to create an application from google app engine at https://appengine.google.com/start but no sms has been sent to me yet and I got following error message.
There were errors: Mobile Number or Username You have sent too many SMS verification messages. Could you help me to solve this problem? thank you so much!
