I'll be doing a video very shortly about how to keep your Instances from dying on startup. But one easy way to tell if this is the issue is to up your instance size AND test that you are having the same issue on a Dynamic Backend. If your issues magically go away, but your startups take 65 seconds, you know that you need to optimize your startup. One should also watch the Instance memory usage in the dash board.
