Hi Marzia It's not in the release notes, but it looks like you've fixed issue 7448<http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=7448> (a bug in the TimeBasedHRConsistencyPolicy that caused some transactions never to be applied). Please pass on my thanks to whoever did this - I'm very pleased not to need a local patch any more!
