Eh? We issue POSTs through CF's SSL proxy all the time. What are you doing differently?
There is this service, which I haven't tried: http://wwwizer.com/ Alternatively, you can run your own SSL proxy servers at Amazon/Rackspace/Linode/etc. Just keep an eye on traffic.
