OK, I have had acknowledgement from Enterprise Support on Friday, that the
problem can be recreated and that it is a bug

but it is still not fixed

since then I have 3 other people email me privately in desperation, clearly
this is a widespread problem

can someone please do something?

I am certain this affects any domain and any app
