HI, I was trying to submit my store to the new Google Trusted Stores application page: http://support.google.com/trustedstoresmerchant/bin/request.py?contact_type=interest&&rd=1
and received a 500 error: http://services.google.com/helpcenter/forms/universal_survey Which brought me here. No confirmation on app received.
