My app (spendgatel) has been showing as "Leaving Grace Period" for several weeks now - this is preventing me from changing application settings and settling the charges that are building up. I've tried contacting App Engine Billing but without any success. I don't seem to be able to do anything to force the end of the grace period. Any ideas who this can be escalated to?
