Thanks, actually templates can be uploaded.  In fact the two that can be 
previewed on the website <http://www.gae-cms.com> are being sold via Google 
Checkout and can be installed directly from your browser, as well as 
modified via the theme editing feature available to admins.  And it can be 
extended via plugins though due to GAE limitations they have to be copied 
to the framework/content directory and redeployed.  Take a closer look by 
installing it and I'm sure you will be impressed even more.
