Thanks for the link. I leave here my steps and I hope this will help other users.
1. Uninstall google appengine and delete all appengine directories on C:\Program files and C:\Users\<USER> 2. Delete the file C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Temp\dev_appserver.datastore 3. Download latest release 1.6.6 and install it. 4. With appcfg I downloaded again my kinds and I uploaded to localhost.
