Was I the only person unable to see/join the hang-out "Asynchronous
Tasks with App Engine: 'Last to Cross the Finish Line'" at

It was due to start at 0900 hrs today (US Pacific Time) and to last 1
hour. I tried to join the hang-out but was told that too many people
had already joined. (I didn't know that this was an Olympic Games
ticket-only event.)
Even after this event was meant to have finished I still cannot view
the video: all I get is rectangles.
Am I misunderstanding how all this works? I even joined Google+ to see
if I could see/join this session. I saw the beginning of a recent,
similar event successfully so I am confused.
