Apps for your Team is a thing no one used, and is different from apps for domains.
This likely won't affect you unless you got bamboozled a long while ago by one of the people who was a Apps Affiliate. And you'd remember because the thing would have ruined your life so long ago that you'd never have moved to GAE.
