Hi Cedric,

It seems that it's a free app state now. Can you try activating the
billing again? Please make sure that, once you go to the google
checkout page, please don't go back. If you do that, the billing state
will be locked again for a certain amount of time.

Yes, we're very aware that the current implementation is far from
ideal, and trying to build something better.
