anyone else ever had to use the logs to track down a bug?

It's a great feature, but could be improved with better wording. It
certainly doesn't help a tricky job of hunting down a bug through logs
(especially when you have a multi-tenancy app) when the dates and times are
confusing.

Problem (to my mind) is the use of the word "since" in the Options for log
searching. Since implies from a given point in time *going forward*.
 Indeed the dictionary.com definition of since is:
"between a particular past time and the present;"

Therefore the setting "since->now" is really an oxymoron and should always
return 0 results.
What's more confusing is that when you set a specific date and then search
"since" then. ie "since->22/08/12 @09:34" It actually gets all logs
occurring marginally AFTER that point in time, going BACK further in time.
That is definitely not SINCE in my mind.

I know I'm being pedantic, but this type of usability all helps to create
great software...
