hi Ann, The first step is to figure out why you're getting the server error. Try running your app locally using the dev app server (see https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/gettingstartedpython27/for examples), and see what error shows up there, as that is the easiest way to debug. Alternately, you can look at the logs in the admin console for your deployed app to see what is going wrong.
Then, mapping an appspot app to your own domain is straightforward - see https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/domain.
