Hi,

We have just recently moved to Google Apps for emails and to get shared 
contacts working for Outlook, we had to install Shared Groups Enterprise 
edition on Google App Engine.

Prior to this, someone had installed a trial version of the application 
using an email that they later deleted from the Google Apps domain.

I couldn't install a new copy of Shared Groups because during installation, 
it says the application is already installed on the domain.

So I recreated the exact email address back on the domain but when I log 
into Google App Engine, the application is not listed there.

Is there a way to access the installed application because I need to change 
the settings and enable billing? 

Right now when I log in, there's no application listed.
