I have a paid account and I am running F4 front ends. Lately I have been getting out of memory consistently errors on requests that require moderately heavy processing. These request should work as they are merely processing a 1 MB file.
Correct me if I'm wrong but F4 instances should be able to have up to 512 MB of heap available. But the instances in the dashboard show that the instance is only using 151.3 MBytes of heap memory. This is extremely annoying. I am paying a lot of money for this service and I am not getting what I am paying for. If someone could investigate and tell me why my application is being starved of memory on F4 frontends I would really appreciate it.
