Does the App Engine Status page display aggregated values of both US and EU based data centers or is this US only?
Also, when issues are reported in the downtime notify group, will they be applicable to both US and EU based apps or US only? Is there some kind of 'region isolation' as known from AWS, or will GAE issues always be world-wide?
