I don't work for Google, so this is not an authoritative answer. It is possible to get hold of the SSAE-16 reports, but you won't be allowed to share it with anyone (your copy is personal to you). You have to explain why you need it, sign an agreement, adhere to some rules, and delete it after some time.
When there is an auditing standard and a reputable auditor like Ernst&Young Certify Point performing the audit, most customers should not need the report itself, or they might be able to get the report directly from Google.
