You are asking for help on this topic repeatedly, but you will probably need to demonstrate a willingness to take action on responses already made before others chip in.
For example: someone asked you about your "persistence.xml" file. You just responded that you didn't have this file and wanted more advice. If a solution is so vital for you, have you examined the GAE/J JDO documentation to find out what this file might do for you? If so, what have you found out? If not, it looks like you are not bothered and just want the quick fix on a plate.
