First of all, I'm sorry for having to ask this question...I've searched this forum and find a lot of people asking this same question over the past year, but none of the answers I've found so far have helped me.
I'm following steps in Google documentation<https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/adminconsole/migration>to migrate appengine from M/S to HRD and I get to step 3, under "Using the Migration Tool." I can't find the referred to menu choice anywhere on the appengine console page. I admit that the appengine stuff is new to me, but what am I missing?
