It was *really* hard to get a premier account when it was first published, 
'shut up and take my money' principle doesn't apply to premier accounts, 
they say it is easier now
I don't know how the experience is, but I haven't seen anyone with a 
Premier account complaining about the experience, so it must be good

To be honest, the only use case of a Premier account I can think of is to 
increase the minutely/daily limits of Appengine, they just don't do that 
otherwise (at least they didn't use to)

Other than that, support here is great
