So Google announced that :"We experience an issue with Google App Engine serving starting at 5:40 AM US/Pacific and lasting for approximately one hour causing some applications to have high latency, serving errors and deployment failures. The problem is now resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better."
Unfortunately, the problem still exists on my apps: pe-server5, pe-server7, pe-server8 My billing cost raised by 100% and error rates raised from 1% to 20%.
