Yesterday to a lesser extent, and today to a very serious degree, we have been seeing very extreme serving problems. This is for an application that has been running very stably and well for a long time.
Many user-facing 500 errors that never hit our code. Many deadline exceeded errors. Instances are being killed very aggressively. I'm seeing zero resident instances, although I have set a minimum in apps settings. Instances are taking inordinately long to spool up. All this is combining to bring our app to its knees.
