Hi, we are a spanish company. It is the first bill that emits GAE and in the Billing History appear * Charge Sent $6.79* but then *Charge Failed

Then in Billing settings I *made the**payment *using* *Google Wallet with the same Credit Card (the same process that I made when I enabled the billing) So, because we don't have a specifi contact (pitiful), how I can know the problem? I don't want to pay manually all my bills.
